At what stage should we bring in SUN & WIND?
As early as possible: the main cost and schedule risks are set during engineering and contracting strategy, before construction starts. We can take part from the feasibility studies or join a project under way, in engineering, construction or commissioning.

It depends on how much risk you want to transfer and how much control you want to keep. Under an EPC, one contractor takes on design, supply and construction; under EPCM or owner's engineering, the owner contracts by packages and we manage or supervise engineering, procurement and construction on their behalf. We help you define the contracting strategy for your project.

A PMGD (small distributed generation) plant is a power plant of up to 9 MW connected to the distribution grid, usually solar PV. We take part in its engineering, construction (EPC/BOS), grid connection infrastructure and commissioning.

Yes. We carry out engineering and constructability reviews, Technical Due Diligence, and technical review of EPC, BOS and specialist contractor bids before award.
